Terms of Service

JustCompli is a compliance tracking tool that helps store operators track government licenses, permits, insurance certificates, and similar documents, and sends renewal reminders by email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

JustCompli is a reminder and organization tool only. It does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and it does not file, renew, or process any license or permit on your behalf.

You remain solely responsible for renewing your licenses, permits, insurance, and certificates on time, and for verifying all expiry dates and requirements with the issuing authority. Reminders may occasionally be delayed or fail to deliver due to factors outside our control (for example carrier filtering, email spam filtering, incorrect contact details, or third-party outages). We are not liable for any fine, penalty, license lapse, business interruption, or other loss resulting from a missed, delayed, or undelivered reminder, or from inaccurate information entered into the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register.

• Plans: US $19.99 per month, or US $179.99 per year, plus applicable taxes.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off or the subscription is cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• Refunds: Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, your account remains active during a grace period while we retry the payment and notify you. If payment is not completed by the end of the grace period, your account is suspended and reminder alerts stop until payment is completed.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: uploading unlawful or infringing content; attempting to access other customers' data; interfering with the operation or security of the Service; or using the Service to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or improve features of the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, fines, or penalties.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. To permanently close your account and delete your data, email support@justcompli.com from your registered email address. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
